Maybe nothing is terribly wrong. But you know this can't be the rest of your life.
You might be in a relationship with a good person and still feel lonely. You might have a career that looks right and still feel your whole body sink on Monday morning. You might have built a life that checks every box and still find yourself thinking: Is this really it?
So you try to think your way through it. You look for signs. You imagine every outcome. You ask other people what they would do. You make the list again. And somehow you still end up right where you started.
You've already thought this to death. If thinking were going to solve it, it would have worked by now.
